Shipping

Your satisfaction and the quality and freshness of our products are our primary concerns. 

At Zen Boy Chocolates, we take great care in packing your confections so they arrive in excellent condition.  Chocolate has a fragile nature.  Because of this, we use special materials and follow a strict shipping schedule so your chocolates reach you within a few days.

All Customers:

*Orders are confirmed with 24 hours.  If you do not receive a confirmation from us, please contact us again to verify that your order was received. 

*Zen Boy Chocolates is open Monday thru Friday from 10 am to 5 pm PT.  Orders received over the weekend are confirmed on the next business day.

*We create to order.  All orders generally require 2 to 3 business days.  We ship USPS Priority Mail and provide you with tracking info upon shipping. (Rates and notes on warm weather shipping are below.)

*Orders are not shipped to arrive on Saturday or Sunday, due to the sensitivity of the products. 

*We currently ship in the 48 contiguous United States.  We only ship to street addresses – no PO Boxes.

*Please be sure the shipping address is correct when ordering your product.

*Zen Boy Chocolates will not be responsible for packages returned as undeliverable or sent to a wrong address. If a returned product is damaged or melted after delivery is attempted, we cannot refund your purchase. If a returned package needs to be resent, additional charges will apply.

*Zen Boy Chocolates is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered.

Customers in San Francisco:

*A free, pre-arranged pick up may be available for your order.  Please contact us prior to ordering for details.

*Orders of $ 50.00 or more can be delivered to commercial business locations for a fee of $ 8.00 (limited SF delivery area).  Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
